Healing with Sound at the Cellular Level
A wave pattern is set up in the tissue that stimulates movement between the cells, encouraging the body to heal itself naturally. No drugs, no surgery. Even old chronic injuries heal, returning comfort and range of motion.
Low frequency ultrasound is a significant improvement as compared with conventional high frequency ultrasound. The reasons are two fold:
How it works
Ultrasound therapy transmits pressure and displacement waves through body tissues. Each vibration cycle deposits a small amount of energy in the tissue through which the wave is traveling. Carefully chosen frequencies support wave penetration taking into account the complex reflective wave patterns that will establish in the body when treated. This succession of pressure and displacement waves, passing though the body stimulate tissue regeneration at the cellular level. The fluctuating pressure and displacement patterns of motion within a region of tissue behaving generally as a fluid medium, encourages molecular size particles to move through cell walls. This Micro streaming effect is regarded as a positive therapeutic influence inducing and/or speeding up the healing process within the effected tissue.
The second frequency is an effective trans-dermal delivery system. An area of discomfort can be treated with topical treatments that can then be delivered deep into the tissues through tiny microscopic porations in the skin opened up by the use of the ultrasound device. Homeopathic remedies for healing, and natural pain relieving agents are delivered right into the area of discomfort for faster, more effective results in treating chronic and acute injuries and discomfort.
